As a Co-founder, my role at LevelUp Learning is diverse, and I'm involved in a range of areas including creative strategy, creative direction, design, marketing, production management, brand strategy, team building, and more.
In addition to my other responsibilities, I take great pride in cultivating a team culture that values creativity and innovation. I recognize that the success of our platform depends on our ability to think outside the box and develop new and exciting ways of delivering content and engaging our learners.
To that end, I work closely with the team to train them in all creative strategies, empowering them to make creative decisions and take risks that push the boundaries of what's possible. Whether it's developing new course concepts, experimenting with new design elements, or exploring new ways of engaging with learners, I encourage our team to think boldly and take calculated risks to achieve their goals.
